Former child pop singer Aaron Carter died early Sunday. On Sunday morning, a source close to the Carter family confirmed that the former teen star had died. He was just 34 years old and gaining success in his field.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, they were called for help by someone at Carter’s Lancaster home on Saturday morning at 11 AM. Upon arrival, deputies found a person dead at the scene.
The source says that the cause behind the death of that person is unknown as of now, and an investigation is taking place.
According to law enforcement sources, homicide detectives are on the scene, and there is no indication of foul play. The homicide officers are always there at the crime scene to find out if suicide is the reason behind the death or not.
Aaron was among the most famous teen singers in the entire world. Aaron had his first studio album released in 1997 at the age of 9. His self-titled debut album spawned many hit singles that helped him rise to fame.
In 1997, the singer’s first studio album, “Aaron Carter,” was released. That same year, he also acted as an opening performance for the Backstreet Boys. Aaron’s fifth and last album was Love which he released in 2018.

Carter was best known for his roles on the Disney Channel TV show “Lizzie McGuire,” and he also appeared on The WB Television Network in “7th Heaven,” which debuted in 1996. He also starred in his family’s reality series, “House of Carters,” which aired on E! Entertainment Television.
Aaron also had been in the headline a lot lately due to the controversies he had with his family members. Carter had a rocky relationship with his siblings, and in various instances, their arguments played out on social media.
Aaron Carter alleges that he had been sexually abused by his sister Leslie for years. He claims these incidents started when he was 10 and only stopped when he was 13. The abuse occurred when Leslie failed to take her medication for bipolar disorder, according to Carter.
Carter accused his brother Nick of lifelong abuse, which included the implication that Nick also abused a female family member.
