Mike Howe, the lead vocalist of the music band “Metal Church,” is dead. Yes, I know; we all have heard about it. But what was Mike Howe’s cause of death? It was suicide.

I’m one of those people who has never believed in Bands. I always used to think that they formed a band just to make money and to become popular. All the bands that I am familiar with, like One Direction, The Vamps, etc., have separated and started their own careers.
It made me realize that the never-ending bonds also come to an end, and you just can’t deny that.
But I was mistaken because when I looked at the bands Metal Church, Backstreet Boys, etc. I realized that if you try, nothing is impossible, and this is what I’m talking about.
I have seen how the other band members were just grieving over his death. So, moving forward, let’s discuss the truth behind Mike Howe’s cause of death and how the band is feeling.
Did He Really Commit Suicide?
You know, I was trying my best to find an answer to this question, but there is not a single answer. According to his fellow band members, it was suicide, but he was not responsible for what he did.
The statement was shocking to the media and the entire nation. People started searching for clues to find out whether the singer had enemies or not and whether they killed him.
It was nothing like that. Mike had a poor mental health condition, and he was struggling. It was hard for the people and his band members to tell that he was going through something like this because he looked so happy and joyful.
Are you able to connect? Yes, almost every person who had committed suicide started acting super happy. It is nothing but a sign that the person needs help.
So, next time you see something like this. Act upon it at the very moment. Otherwise, you might lose someone close to you.
How Was Mike Before His Death?
Mike was a happy soul. It is not something that I’m saying. You can ask anybody in this country. They all will say the same thing. He was very kind.
Someone who understood someone else’s pain. See, the irony of life. People failed to understand his pain. Life is unfair sometimes.
His band members describe him as a person who was the backbone of the band. Mike used to lift everybody up when they felt down and cheered them up.
They did the same when they felt down. You know this is something I loved about him. Kindness was his prominent trait.
Moreover, for his band members, he was not only the lead vocalist but a friend. Their family knew him; their kids called him uncle Mike. Suddenly, all of this was gone forever.
But why did he commit suicide? Why on earth didn’t he talk to his friends? It is not that easy. People who suffer from depression or any kind of mental health find it hard to share with anybody.
They just think about only one thing, and that is how people would react. This fear ultimately kills them.
Why wasn’t it a Suicide?
According to the Metal Church band, it wasn’t a suicide but a murder. They were not pointing out anybody but just saying that the healthcare system could have saved him.
They also said that he was suffering and the medical help he was getting at that time could have paid more attention to his symptoms and saved him.
This might be true because the overloaded healthcare system often neglects mental health care while treating physical ones.
I know the boys have been going through a lot. It has been almost four years since Mike passed away, but the wound is still there. It will take time to heal.
We cannot fully blame the healthcare system, though; sometimes, it becomes tough for them to keep a count on everybody. Mental illness is treatable but not visible, and this invisibility makes the battle more difficult to win.
It reminds me of Linkin Park Vocalist. We, as fans, kept thinking that it was all art, but it was actually a sign, and he was screaming in his songs that he needed help. What did we do? Gave him huge applause.
We need to be more careful.

They are just trying to move on. But every time someone talks about Mike, they shift to his suicide case, the reason for his death, and so many other things.
This is what a true friendship looks like. It makes me realize that sometimes it is just about how well you treat people. The money you had, the fame you had, everything just takes a back seat.
Moving on is a must, but they are doing it, keeping Mike in their heart.
